The Caltech Y leads outdoor trips to many exciting venues each year where both novices and seasoned adventurers are welcome. Whether you choose day trips like local hikes, kayaking and horseback riding or multi-day trips such as camping in the national parks or the annual Y-Hike to the Sierras backpacking trip, you may find the activity that allows you to escape the daily rigors of Caltech while learning about yourself and exploring the boundaries of your comfort zone with in the safety and ease of a guided trip.
