Explore LA Ethiopian Cuisine

Considered the origin of coffee, Ethiopia is hard country to miss if you listen to the whispers of the world enough. From Rastafarian culture's obsession with it to being the only country in Africa never to be colonized, the country is rich with history. We invite you to join us to explore the wonderful cuisines Ethiopia has to offer. The Caltech Y will subsidize the trip and arrange for trip leaders who know the cuisine well and can introduce it to the group.
